We began with the presentation where we first talked to the class about bodily interactions in videogames and then multiple aspects of virtual reality (design, industry, technology etc.). To take a break between the presentation and the workshop we got everyone in the class to play a browser game together. Finally we divided them up into teams to create an expierence for a specific persona and technology in mind. The group I supervised came up with some innovative ideas using augmented reality to make people feel more connected by having them interact with the same elements (such as a virtual mannequin for going online shopping together during quarantine). The other groups also came up with some interesting and fun ideas and it was interesting to see what people who wouldn't be as familiar with VR came up with, certainly a fresh perspective.
